May. 28th, 2006 | 02:50 am

Tonight we got our new shirts. Short sleeve. Mine is a small. My tits look HUGE in them. Not to mention that they are see through and you could see the bow on my bra. So almost every table had at least 2 beers left. What a waste, at least I make nice tips!

Work went well yesterday. We are closed for yet another week so I was able to bring home some raw bar for Chris. I brought him a dozen little necks and a dozen cherry stones. along with seafood chowdah and lobstah chowdah. He was stoked. It was over 50 bucks in food.

I trained 1 of 3 triplets that will be working with us this summer. They all look like sister, however they dont look like triplets. One of them looks like my cousin Lauren. I actually thought it was her at first.

I worked with one of the same girls as Saturday night. She is a blast. She is young, but mature in a way for her age. She is also super smart. She is just plain fun to be around. She did embarass me yesterday in front of the hot guy. he is a localwoods holeian. Some say he has never made it past the observatory. If you knew woods hole you would know that is not very far, not even to the top of the hill. He is so hot though. I can tell already he is going to be a problem. Everything mamma warned you of. No job, no car, no bank account, he could possibly still be living at home, no one is too sure. he has dreads down his back. That is what is probably drawing me. I am a sucker for a dreaded man, especially with this new wicked accent that I am being exposed to. Why are we suckers for men with accents? Its not like I can act upon it anyway. I am loyal to Chris. BUT just because I am on a diet does not mean I cant look at the menu.

So back to how I was harrassed. S. hollared out across the bar Hey k. have you met amanda yet? She's from South America. Put me on the spot, very obvious. I told her not to introduce me. Now I look like a dork. Hi I think you are cute but I am engaged so never mind.

I am doing well enough to train someone for the job already. I am excited for that. It is so much easier to train an 18 year old, than a 34 yr old Mayan. I am still waiting for follow through on instructions that I gave them 2 weeks ago. Total disregard and disrespect for me. anyway nothing about Belize, I am on vacation from Belize.

random thougths about nothing....I a just so excited that I get paid to do exactly what I was craving for the last 6 months. Hang out and interact with society. I get paid to hang out, meet knew people, get lots of proposals from drunk rich woodsholieans.

Hahahahah

BTW the term clammy hands, well I have a whole new meaning of the term. I have washed my hands over a dozen times and they still smell like clams. Ugg. How many times will I wake up in the middle of the night smelling clams. nasty!

Huray Huray the sun is out today

The sun is actually out. I cant believe it. It is still in the mid 60's wih gale force icy winds. I start my next shift tomorrow. Of course thre are rains that are supposed to move in tonight and comtinue through tomorrow clearingup inthe evening. Of course my shift is tomorrow day.

Chris started his job yesterday.

Its funny how life works out. My last few jobs have been the best. They have been the hippest coolest places in town. How is it that I land them? When we where in Belize planning out our summer, trying to figure out where we where going to be. Would it be on tour selling guatemalan goods? back to Cali :(~ yuk! or to the cape? We where talking about where we would like to work if we could have our choice of anywhere/anything. I wanted Shuckers, Chris wanted to work with his old buddy Sully (short for sullivan which is long for his last name) doing construction. Well he landed the job with sully, well his buddy. Sully is not on the Cape this summer.

It is nice to have another day off. I have the house to myself. Cable has advanced so well. I am taking all the guitar courses that they offer on demand. All the other crap they have on there is good too. How to seduce women, yoga, biker talk etc.

Things I am looking to buy for my job, shucking gloves and a good shuking knife. can you imagine if I walked into a store, 'Yeah I'm looking for a shucking knife' 'ma'am you dont have to be so rude' 'I'm sorry sir I'm looking for a knife for shucking' hahahaha I crack myself up.

On a lighter side my dad is looking forward to getting a hearing aid. That way he can talk to himself and people will think that he is on a cell phone!

CAPE COD

May. 16th, 2006 | 11:01 pm
mood: horny horny

Chris family has a house in the cape. We came last summer for a few visits. We loved it and worked it out so that we could be here this summer. The goal is to get summer jobs by the end of the month or else go back to Arkansas for the summer.

We got here 2 weeks ago. We where here no more than 2 days before I landed myself a job. I needed to be here before all the college kids came home for the summer. the season really does not start until 4th of July, for the locals it is ore like Memorial day. In any case I looked in the paper and the first add I looked at happened to be at the 1 place that I really wanted to work. I went in to apply in person and I got the job right there and then. I was placed on the schedule right away. They are only opened for the weekends the next few weekends. Open full time after Memorial day.

I started saturday. I had a week to find Navy Blue shorts and white sneakers. I thought getting all white shoes was going to be the problem. I cant find navy blue shorts ANYWHERE. I searched between Falmouth and Hyannis. I even looked at the stores on line to see the extended selection. The IT colors this season are white, tan, black and pink. Serioulsy now! I went to TJ Maxx and marshalls in hopes to maybe find something I could work with. Some pants that I could hem maybe....I could hardly find anything in my size. People starve themselves to be skinny and they think it is glamerous. Well in a world of fat people it is almost impossible to find anything under a size 5 let alone the size 0 that I am. After 4 days of serious shopping I finally found a pair at American Eagle. 30 bucks for a pair of barely there shorts. Another draw back to being skinny, the smaller YOU are the smaller THE CLOTHES are, grr.

SO I have my short short navy blue shorts on ready to go to work. I will get my t-shirt there. It is a few hours before my shift starts and it has been raining all day. Well for the past week. The temp is around 55, not including wind chill. Did I mention that the job is mostly outdoors. yeah I had to wear short shorts out in the freezing rain shuckign oysters and clams. I was misserable. Not to mention that I had to shave my legs for the job. My beard I had been growing has been keeping me warm for the past few years, now that it is gone the gams are cold. I also got a friendly visit from my Dot. What a wonderful way to start your first day.

So far so good. Worked with a LOUD chatter box on saturday. Thought I was getting off around 10PM turns out it was more ike 1AM....hahaha Chris was waiting up on the couch. On sunday worked with soe youngsters and 1 older woman. Everyone is really nice. I will give a write up on each of them as I get to know the better.

the place rings in a ton of locals. There are a few that come in that are cute enough to look at. Hey what can I do they come in every day for coctails. That is what everyone around here does. Drink. They are a bunch of Irish brutes. Still cute none the less. Gonna make my job that much more fun;)
